Getting married abroad - tips for couples

A volcano may not be the first thing you think of when planning your wedding abroad, but having all flights grounded is a major problem for couples deciding to marry abroad! Luckily the main wedding season tends to start around the end of April, so fingers crossed that a solution is found in the next two weeks for all couples looking forward to their special day this summer.

In the meantime, for anyone thinking about getting married abroad - don't forget the wedding and travel insurance when you book your ceremony. Wedding insurance is valuable to protect against unforseen circumstances, and travel insurance should cover most eventualities for your travel and accommodation costs.

Just remember to check the fine print to make sure volcano action is covered!
